through weaning.
We work with most major insurance plans in collaboration with Milk Guide Lactation.

Lactation care

We collaborate with Nashville Birth and Babies to provide lactation care across much of Middle Tennessee. If you need a visit in a different area of town, or an office visit on a different day, contact Nashville Birth and Babies via phone or email to schedule with one of our skilled colleagues. We all work with the same insurance plans!

Prenatal visits in-office only; follow up postpartum visits encouraged in office after 1 month postpartum.

Cash pay: $200
Insurance: often covered 100%

Cash pay 1st 3 weeks postpartum: $250
After 3 weeks: $300 (follow up visits encouraged at office)
Insurance: Visit often covered 100% + $50 self pay travel fee

Cash pay: $200 initial, $150 follow up
